Family of Eagles, Cedar Hills, Texas, was formed in May , 1995, by Jerry O'Steen. Four complaints alleging misrepresentation of the earnings potential and the refund policy have been answered with explanations of the company's seven-day refund policy. Two pending complaints allege failure to disclose the company's markup on gold coins, and poor support to distributors.
