The Numismatic Death Penalty Voting Booth

This page is to vote on whether or not the most notorious coin dealers should be placed into the Numismatic Death Penalty or NDP as I call it.

Defendant: Mr. Aaron Gurney

Alleged Offenses: Mail fraud, Internet fraud.

Charges/Alleged Actions: Mr. Gurney, on recent eBay auctions from January 1998 to March 1998, has been defrauding his customers by taking their checks and holding/not sending their merchandise that they won on his auctions. More details can be found going to this link, and also his eBay Feedback.

Number of Charges to be filed: There are at least 18 (eighteen) charges against Mr. Gurney, 1 for each person he has allegedly defrauded over his auctions.

Voting ends on April 20, 1998 and results will be placed on NCPB Issue #10, dated on April 20, 1998.

Update: Mr. Gurney currently has some very irregular behavior resulting in mixed positive and negative feedbacks lately...please see his Feedback on eBay.
