This page is to vote on whether or not the most notorious coin dealers should be placed into the Numismatic Death Penalty or NDP as I call it.
Defendant: Mr. Aaron Gurney
Alleged Offenses: Mail fraud, Internet fraud.
Charges/Alleged Actions: Mr. Gurney, on recent eBay auctions from January 1998 to March 1998, has been defrauding his customers by taking their checks and holding/not sending their merchandise that they won on his auctions. More details can be found going to this link, and also his eBay Feedback.
Number of Charges to be filed: There are at least 18 (eighteen) charges against Mr. Gurney, 1 for each person he has allegedly defrauded over his auctions.
Voting ends on April 20, 1998 and results will be placed on NCPB Issue #10, dated on April 20, 1998.
Update: Mr. Gurney currently has some very irregular behavior resulting in mixed positive and negative feedbacks lately...please see his Feedback on eBay.
